Vendor Application

Vendors are often the most overlooked part of any festival but at Black River Music Festival we know from personal experience that they make a big impact on the average festival goers’ enjoyment of a week-end long event. We’re looking to build relationships with dedicated vendors who will be able to bring a mix of offerings to the festival and attend for years to come.

  • Festival runs from August 4th (Friday) to August 6th (Sunday)
  • Gates will be opening at noon on Friday
  • Performances start at 5pm on Friday
  • Vendors will have early access to complete their setup on Wednesday (the 2nd) and Thursday (the 3rd)
  • The deadline for tear-down is Wednesday, August 9th
  • Garbage pickup and procedures regarding maintaining the tidiness of lots will be discussed based on lot size and location
  • On-site power will be available for those vendors who require it. We will have 110 available. We will not be supplying 220 VAC.
